We are looking for System Analyst to join our Core Stream. 

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Collection, analysis, and formalization of business and technical requirements (including functional and non-functional requirements);
  • Analysis of the current implementation to identify areas for improvement and optimization;
  • Implementation and maintaining documentation up to date;
  • Setting and specification of tasks for development teams (for large projects);
  • Clarification of requirements during the development process;
  • Communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment;
  • Participation in the construction of architecture and interaction schemes;
  • Assistance in developing test cases and A/B experiments. 

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience as a systems analyst;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Process decomposition skills and writing technical specifications;
  • Knowledge of relational database features, familiarity with non-relational databases;
  • Experience with gRPC and Google Pub/Sub protocols or REST/SOAP protocols; 
  • Experience with message brokers RabbitMQ, Kafka, Google Pub/Sub;
  • Knowledge of process description notations (UML/BPMN); 
  • Ability to read and understand code. 
BONUS SKILLS 
  • Experience in FinTech products;
  • Experience in designing database schemas and knowledge of SQL;
  • Knowledge of any programming language.
