About The Role

As Sensi’s BI & Product analyst you will join our product team and be a key part of strategic product decisions. In this role, you will convert real-time data into powerful insights and recommendations, and provide quantitative analysis to drive better decisions for our product. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as BI & data analyst and work closely with different departments such as product, marketing, customer success, business operations, as well as external customers.
  • Identify opportunities in data to accelerate product adoption, retention, engagement, and/or monetization.
  • Work closely with the R&D teams to define the data needs and guide visualization of data through dashboards.
  • Help with quantitive analysis relating to machine learning modules.
  • Generate business data reports to internal and external customers for decision-making.
  • Perform deep-dive research and analysis and produce insights that will lead to business growth.
  • Collect data from multiple sources and be able to produce a single coherent view of the data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a BI/Product analyst.
  • 2 years of experience developing & generating BI reports.
  • Experience uncovering data insights to form hypotheses, designing product experiments, evaluating results, and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced SQL experience.
  •  Experience with BI tools (Grafana, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience working with Mixpanel or similar product analysis tools.
  • High level experience with Excel & Google sheets.
  • Ability to tell a story using data and visualization paired with effective communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving start-up environment.
  • Previous experience supporting product teams.
  •  Experience with Python - An advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
