Job Description

• Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL to support strategic decision-making and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into insightful reports and dashboards.
• Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL and develop robust data models for analysis.
• Create intuitive and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports that align with business goals and storytelling best practices.
• Conduct data quality checks and ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis and deliver KPI reports that support various business units.
• Present findings in a clear and accessible manner, ensuring that insights are effectively communicated to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems,Computer science or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, with mandatory proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and complex queries.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, and data modeling.
• Essential knowledge of Power BI, including experience with DAX, Power Query, and creating custom visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Proven experience in data visualization and storytelling, with the ability to convey complex data in an easy-to-understand format.
• Familiarity with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach and commitment to data quality.
• Strong communication skills, able to tailor data presentations for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
