We specialize in GenAI-driven solutions, such as, IDE extensions for automated test generation, an AI-enhanced pull-request git agent for improving code review processes., RAG, and others. Our mission is to generate confidence for developers, enhancing productivity and code quality.

We are looking for a talented Product Analyst to join our product team, and establish our data team operations. This role involves a deep engagement with our products' data to derive insights that drive product development and strategic decisions. You will be instrumental in defining and building insightful dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders as well as our customers (In Qodo, dashboards are part of our product). You will be responsible for automating reporting processes and conducting market and tool analysis to keep Qodo at the forefront of developer tools technology.

What will you do?

- Define the content of events to capture essential data points.

- Design and develop comprehensive dashboards for customers to track their ROI metrics and usage trends.

- Create internal dashboards to monitor OKRs, gain insights into feature engagements, and identify product challenges.

- Prepare dashboards and progress reports for board meetings

- Automate reporting processes, facilitating efficient communication across platforms like Slack to streamline information sharing.

- (Optional) Conduct thorough market and tool analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the developer tools sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 5 years in dash-boarding and analytics, preferably within a technology or developer-focused product environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with development tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Bonus: Experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Looker, Stripe, HubSpot, Firebase, Zapier, ClickHouse, and Segment.
• Proactive in initiating product improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Strong ability to understand and utilize company tools to extract and analyze data.
• Effective collaboration with product teams and R&D to derive necessary data and support decision-making processes.
