Process AI & Automation Functional Business Analyst (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1555478), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Denver, CO
 
Analyze business and data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems using Automation technologies. Work with clients to analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems. Create automation solution design at platform and architectural levels as well as information road maps and case definitions. Review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. Design, develop, and improve automated processes using new technologies and make recommendations to the client. Support client engagement teams and lead business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts in domains such as:  smart process automation through robotics; application architecture, rationalization and enablement; solution design at platform and architectural levels; information road map and use case definition; digital enablement; and software development and testing. Participate in business development opportunities, conducting assessment of efforts for engagements, and proposing solutions that will enable our clients to identify, prioritize and automate their current processes to be more efficient. Work with fundamental business processes such as Order to Cash and match business need with technology capabilities.  
  
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business, Economics or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a customer-facing role in a large consulting firm and/or in the industry. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business, Economics or a related field and 4 years of related work experience in a customer-facing role in a large consulting firm and/or in the industry.  
 
Must have 4 years of experience in at least one of the following robotic automation tools, and at least 2 years of experience in a different one of the following robotic automation tools:  
- Blue Prism  
- Automation Anywhere  
- Pega Robotics 
- UiPath  
- Microsoft Power Platform. 
 
Must have 3 years of experience in a combination involving at least two of the following areas:  
- Implementation using Agile methodologies or automation tool-specific methodologies  
- Process modeling  
- Opportunity assessment  
- Operating model improvement including center of excellence and/or 
- Liaising between client leadership and developer teams. 
 
Must have 1 year of experience in at least two of the following areas: 
- Windows, mainframe and/or browser-based platforms 
- Data integration processes 
- Relational databases and/or web services 
- Process and tools performance and/or scalability assessment 
- Data and information security 
- SQL development and/or administration. 
 
Must have 1 year of hands-on experience in at least one of the following programming tools/languages: 
- Web development (HTML, XML, JavaScript, PHP, Perl, and/or similar)  
- .Net 
- VB  
- Java 
- Python. 
 
Must have 2 years of experience in supervising a team of professionals.  
 
Must have 2 years of experience in communicating with clients, liaising with business stakeholders, participating in business development including describing solutions and products, and presenting points of view.  
 
Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
