The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Operations Manager to help enable and accelerate Altana’s growth efforts through data and scale-focused initiatives. This is a new role and will be responsible for building out marketing automation, website and marketing analytics capabilities, as well as establishing this function within the organization. You will be responsible for both strategy and implementation of projects, working closely across marketing, revenue operations, and product teams. This role requires hands-on project management, excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a passion for data and insights as tools to fuel growth.

You Will:

  • Responsible for Hubspot, Altana’s marketing automation platform, enabling teams through templates and workflow automation, while ensuring data accuracy, and using data to inform marketing decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand program technology needs, prioritizing highest impact initiatives
  • Own data and integrations across marketing systems, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Hubspot, Splash, and other integrated solutions
  • Responsible for reporting and data accuracy; regularly communicate marketing KPI performance and other data insights
  • Manage Altana’s public facing website, including issue resolution, website agency management, and embedded tracking
  • Execute on marketing activities, including processes and systems that support campaign execution, email marketing, digital marketing, website publishing and maintenance, lead management, and data analytics. 
  • Own & drive execution within budget, logistics, timelines & vendor management
  • Own and maintain all necessary resources & decks in preparation of and for weekly cross-functional meetings and major marketing milestones
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships and participate as a solution-oriented team member

You Are:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B technology
  • Comfortable both building and maintaining critical marketing systems
  • Customer-obsessed with a hunger to bring best-in-class marketing initiatives to life
  • A champion for data to help us measure success, iterate, and optimize
  • Curious and resourceful self-starter, with an ability to solve problems and seek new information
  • Extremely organized and adept at creating (and sticking to) timelines and driving best practices around process and efficiency
  • Detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excited about working in a dynamic environment, supporting initiatives across a wide variety of marketing disciplines, and building a world-class marketing team.
  • Proficient in Hubspot, Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, reporting platforms and headless CMS systems

This role can be based in any of our US Altana hub locations: New York City, Boston, Washington, DC, or San Francisco.
