Role overview
The Senior Marketing Manager, Paid Traffic will report to the Director of Demand Generation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective paid advertising strategies across multiple channels including SEM, Paid Social, Video, Display, and more.
Your focus will encompass both strategic planning and day-to-day campaign execution and optimization, aiming to drive pipeline growth and increase brand awareness within CAST AI’s target audience.
You will work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop campaigns, enhance creative assets, conduct experiments, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, aligned with different target personas.

The Impact and Responsibilities
- Develop a paid traffic strategy to boost pipeline generation and expand our business.
- Implement Paid Search, Paid Social, Paid Video, and Display campaigns to support brand, product sign-ups, and enterprise lead goals.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance and make ongoing adjustments in spending, targeting, bidding, creative, and landing pages.
- Develop and document campaign experiments for continuous improvement in paid campaigns.
- Manage the paid traffic budget and provide consistent reporting on budget pacing and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to manage and execute paid traffic strategies in both ongoing activities and integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate with PMM to ensure the testing of messaging and promotion of up-to-date assets in paid campaigns.
- Regularly review and update ABM target lists across different regions.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience managing paid campaigns in sales-led and/or product-led B2B organizations.
- Strong communicator in written and verbal form.
- Strategic planning and project management skills, with experience in achieving quantifiable results.
- Knowledge and proficiency in advanced B2B marketing tech stack platforms (Salesforce and HubSpot) as well as paid marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, and more).
- Analytical and data-driven. You are comfortable navigating a variety of metrics, extracting insights, and understanding the nuances of marketing attribution.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to shift projects as business needs change.
- Ability to work closely with a distributed team and collaborate closely across a geographically dispersed team.
- Experience in a high-growth B2B Enterprise IT segment is a plus.
