We are seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to join our team to drive go-to-market efforts for Government, for Llama (Large Language Model Meta AI). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing partner co-marketing strategies to reach government decision makers and practitioners, building and maintaining strategic relationships with key partners and policy makers.
Partner Marketing Manager, AI, Government Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive co-marketing plans to support business goals, in collaboration with cross-functional teams (including policy), external partners, and government agencies.
- Use data and measurement to track the impact of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions that align with government priorities and regulations.
- Systemize marketing efforts and drive operational excellence and rigor, ensuring compliance with government procurement rules and regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure ROI is met or exceeded, while navigating complex government funding processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth in the government sector.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus and audience expertise on government and policy space.
- Experience communicating complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, and to understand and interpret technical data and metrics relevant to government decision-making.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs to government decision-makers and partners that align with business objectives and support the product roadmap.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Project management skills and experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, including government stakeholders.
- Analytical skills and demonstrated use of data to inform marketing decisions that meet government priorities and regulations.
- Experience managing external 3rd party partners and government contractors, while ensuring compliance with government procurement rules and regulations.
- Problem-solving skills and experience navigating complex government marketing challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding marketing channels and motions that resonate with government audiences.
- Experience working with AI or machine learning technologies and their applications in government.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the AI industry and their relevance to government decision-making.
- Familiarity with Meta's products and services

$150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
