We are seeking a Senior Offline Advertising Marketing Manager to join our team of elite marketers. In this vital role, you will drive brand awareness and lead generation through offline channels. This role requires a highly creative and data-driven individual with a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated offline marketing campaigns.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Develop and execute integrated offline marketing campaigns:
Plan, budget, and execute a wide range of offline marketing initiatives, including but not limited to:
Print ads (magazines, newspapers, direct mail), audio/podcasts, television, out-of-home advertising
Events and sponsorships: Planning and executing industry conferences in partnership with our B2B marketing leader. Managing sponsorships and partnerships strategies as well.
Direct mail campaigns: Executing targeted direct mail campaigns, including brochures, flyers, and postcards
Guerilla marketing: Developing and executing creative and cost-effective offline marketing campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment of offline marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and competitive actions:
Stay informed about the latest offline marketing best practices and technologies.
Identify and track competitive marketing to understand where Freed is winning and has open space to experiment more.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Seasoned Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in offline marketing or CPG, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
Player/Coach mindset, with the ability and willingness to start as an IC and grow into leadership roles.
Creative and innovative thinking: Ability to develop creative and engaging marketing campaigns.
Data-driven and analytical with a strong ability to measure and report on marketing performance.
A passion for healthcare & technology and a desire to make a positive impact on the industry.
