We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Trust & AI Consumer Marketing team, and help deliver on this mission for the 1 billion professionals on our platform.
In this role, you will sit at the intersection of two incredibly important and fast-moving spaces - Trust & AI. You will be responsible for deeply understanding how evolving policy and regulation affect how LinkedIn builds and launches AI products. You will play a critical role in launching new AI features across the consumer and customer audiences and partner closely with a wide variety of marketing stakeholders. This role will also be responsible for untangling multiple levels of complexity in the Trust & AI space and effectively communicating with and managing senior leaders.
Responsibilities
Oversee the development and execution of effective go-to-market plans for new AI product launches, including positioning, messaging, and channel strategies in partnership with B2B and B2C marketers across the organization.
Stay up to date on product vision and roadmaps. Be the expert on existing and new AI & Trust features and efficiently knowledge-share to the right internal audiences at the right time.
Deeply understand upcoming policy and regulation changes in the technology and AI space, untangle multiple levels of complexity, and effectively communicate and manage senior stakeholders and a wide variety of partners including Legal, Product, Comms, and more.
Define and execute proactive messaging and comms strategy to better educate members and/or customers on how LinkedIn is building and launching products with trust and safety as top of mind.
Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to craft the vision and strategy for login and account recovery.
Collaborate with Market Research, UXR, and Product Operations teams to aggregate member feedback and translate into actionable insights for Product teams.
Maintain strong communication and collaboration with a wide set of cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Basic qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
6+ years of product marketing experience or equivalent role
Preferred qualifications
A consistent, demonstrated track record of building and implementing marketing programs and product launches that drive material business impact
Proven marketer with a deep understanding of when and how to effectively communicate and market features externally, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and audience needs
Excellent collaborator and team player able to influence others and rally cross-functional teams towards a shared vision
Strong attention to detail and project management skills. Not afraid to raise their hand and ask questions for the sake of clarity
Highly organized and able to manage various projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Stellar verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to concisely distill complex technical information into digestible, compelling narratives
Able to manage upwards with multiple senior leads and exemplify executive presence
Understands LinkedIn’s business and proactively able to connect dots across lines of business
Passion for technology, experience with trust and safety on a social platform a plus
Curiosity, self-awareness, and a commitment to testing and learning

The pay range for this role is $121,000 to $188,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
