We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for OpenObserve's products and features. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, developing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive awareness, adoption, and customer engagement. Your expertise will help us position OpenObserve as a leader in the observability market.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of OpenObserve's products, features, and technical capabilities.
Craft clear, concise, and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and customer engagement.
Create high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and sales collateral.
Work closely with the product development team to stay up-to-date on product roadmaps and feature releases.
Collaborate with sales, customer success, and support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Analyze customer feedback, market data, and sales insights to inform product marketing strategies.
Establish and track key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on product marketing performance.
Manage product marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the observability, monitoring, or DevOps space.
Proven track record of successfully launching products, features, or services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise messaging.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience with open-source software and communities is a plus.
Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and DevOps concepts.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
Experience with open-source marketing and community engagement.
Knowledge of cloud-native technologies, such as Kubernetes, Docker, or serverless computing.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
