Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, go-to-market plans, content strategy, and demand generation.
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Own the customer journey from awareness to conversion, with a focus on nurturing long-term customer relationships.
- Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals and product roadmaps.
- Brand Building & Messaging:
- Build and promote the company’s brand as a leader in the AI SaaS space.
- Develop compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences (e.g., CTOs, Heads of Data Science, Marketing Leaders).
- Create thought leadership initiatives that position the company as an authority in AI and SaaS.
- Demand Generation & Lead Management:
- Drive end-to-end demand generation through both inbound and outbound channels, including digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, webinars, and events.
- Develop lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion strategies to optimize sales funnel performance.
- Work with the sales team to create a seamless handoff of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and ensure proper follow-up.
- Analytics & Performance:
- Analyze marketing performance to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, channels, and initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies, optimize ROI, and continually improve performance across all channels.
- Manage marketing budgets and forecast resource allocation for optimal growth.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team that includes digital marketers, content creators, designers, and analysts.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and agility within the marketing team.
- Ensure the team has the right tools, resources, and skills to succeed in an evolving AI-driven landscape.
- Partnerships & Industry Presence:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and media outlets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote thought leadership and product offerings.
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI-driven companies.
- AI & SaaS Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI technologies, SaaS business models, and the unique challenges of marketing AI products.
- Proven Track Record: Success in driving growth, brand awareness, and lead generation within the SaaS industry.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience scaling a marketing team in a high-growth company.
- Data-Driven: Expertise in data analytics and using marketing metrics to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, SEO/SEM, and content management.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and complex technical information for diverse audiences.
