SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING (SEM) & SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING (SMM) SPECIALIST

Develops and Implements Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies of American Hospital Dubai to boost website traffic, enhance conversions, and optimize search engine rankings. Oversees and optimizes paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to ensure maximum Return on Investment (ROI). Conducts thorough keyword research, analysis, and competitor monitoring to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization. Manages and enhances social media marketing campaigns on various platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok. Collaborates with content creators and designers to craft engaging, on-brand content specifically tailored for Snapchat and TikTok. Monitors and analyses campaign performance metrics across all platforms, coupled with providing insightful reports for strategy enhancement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops and executes SEM strategies to increase website traffic, optimize conversions, and improve search engine rankings within the healthcare sector.
  • Oversees and optimizes paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Conducts keyword research, analysis, and competitor monitoring to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Creates, manages, and enhances social media marketing campaigns across various platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Collaborates with content creators and designers to develop engaging, on-brand content for social media channels, specifically tailored for Snapchat and TikTok.
  • Monitors and analyzes campaign performance metrics across all platforms, providing regular reports and insights to enhance strategies.
  • Keeps updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEM and SMM to implement innovative strategies.
  • Utilizes analytics tools to track user engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS : 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in SEM and SMM within the Healthcare industry preferred
  • Ability to speak in English fluently, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools proficiently.
  • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with strong attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously with previous agency experience preferred
  • Skills in Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to adapt to evolving digital landscapes
  • Skills in managing and optimizing budgets to achieve desired campaign outcomes
