About Your Role
As the Head of Marketing & Communications at Harrison.ai Group, you are responsible for the design and delivery of our end-to-end marketing and communications strategies to help drive strategic growth across our brands. This role will see you collaborate and build strong relationships across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Through joining our exciting, agile and fast-growing organisation – you will be given the autonomy and rare opportunity to truly make your mark on our brand evolution. In doing so, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission is to urgently scale global healthcare capacity, using AI automation to elevate the care clinicians can provide.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create an inspiring, unified vision for our end-to-end marketing and communications strategy across Harrison.ai and its brands, including our offerings in radiology and pathology. This role is part of the Senior Leadership team and includes over-sight of cross-functional initiatives,
  • Act as a brand champion for the business, report on key brand metrics and drive data-based refinement,
  • Develop and deliver annual marketing and communication plans, taking into account market segmentation, targeting and positioning for key business objectives,
  • Own digital marketing content and analytics to help create and deliver high performing marketing campaigns; Support the marketing team to deliver impactful initiatives, such as multi-channel campaigns, advertising and conference-related activities,
  • Manage internal and external communications functions; this includes cultivating positive relations with our agency and media partners, as well as writing and editing copy for all marketing press and sponsored content,
  • Help drive deeper client and industry relationships to enhance overall brand positioning in the marketplace,
  • Participate in product marketing initiatives and other marketing activities as required. This includes working closely with the Product team to develop and oversee product launch activities, and
  • Oversee marketing team activities, deliverables, budget and roadmap. Manage and nurture a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for professional growth.

Your skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, working in a marketing related or marketing communications role, ideally within an Enterprise Sales or Medical software environment,
  • Experience managing and developing a marketing team, nurturing their career development and growth,
  • 10+ years demonstrated digital marketing experience,
  • Creative mindset with the ability to deliver high quality marketing collateral,
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and comfortable working autonomously in a highly agile and dynamic environment, and
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have skills and experience:

  • Previous work experience in the Health/Medical Technology industry,
  • Experience with copywriting or design, and 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent in a similar field.
