This role will establish our demand generation discipline at Harvey, using digital marketing to accelerate our company’s growth. This role is perfect for someone who loves SEO, web experimentation, conversion rate optimization, and email marketing. You will drive top of funnel growth for Harvey — and set the standard for what demand generation marketing looks like for generative AI products.
You’ll partner closely with our senior cross-functional leadership, across our GTM, Product, and design teams to increase our visibility and drive demand from prospects.
This role is hybrid, but based in our New York office.
Develop and implement a roadmap for our demand generation marketing engine across organic and paid channels in partnership with sales, product, and marketing teams.
Establish quarterly and annual goals, manage a budget, and build out the initial infrastructure to execute on and measure against these goals.
Own strategy and implementation across priority channels to make them efficient growth levers for Harvey
Onboard and manage new tools and agencies as needed.
Partner with GTM to drive aligned perspectives on the sales funnel, define milestones like MQLs and SQLs, and work together to win target accounts.
4+ years of experience in growth marketing, web optimization, SEO, email marketing, paid social ads, or related fields, with a deep understanding of how to sell B2B products.
Experience using tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, Marketo, ZoomInfo.
Proven experience of building digital marketing programs from scrappy pilots to scaled teams.
Are a strong communicator and able to effectively articulate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Data driven and analytical, but not myopic to incremental A/B test results — you can see the forest for the trees.
Are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and industry.

In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $175,000 to $225,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO.
