Collaborate with the Product team to define data-tracking events and payloads
Regularly test data to ensure its accuracy, correct payloads, and proper logic, identifying and resolving issues as they arise
Design and create relevant tables, indexing, and partitions for efficient data storage and retrieval
Define the key indicators to be displayed in the Analytics Dashboard, working closely with the Product team and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain dashboards that meet the reporting needs of various stakeholders, providing them with clear insights and actionable data.
Calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) and create visualizations that help stakeholders act on the data.
Model user behavior based on collected data, providing insights into user engagement, retention, and monetization
Perform user behavior forecasting to predict future trends and support strategic decision-making.
Conduct scenario analysis for key indicators, assessing the potential impact of pricing changes, feature updates, customer support improvements, and other variables.
Provide stakeholders with data-driven recommendations to optimize business strategies based on scenario analysis outcomes.
Fulfill ad hoc data requests from stakeholders, including creating lists, reports, and other data outputs as needed
Ensure that ad hoc data analyses align with overall business goals and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
At least three years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment
Strong proficiency in SQL, and data modeling,
Experience in working with relational databases and OLAP databases
Experience with ElasticSearch, Spark, Hadoop, or similar is a plus
Strong knowledge of Python, R, and machine learning algorithms
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Mixpanel, or similar
Strong experience in cleaning and testing the data, preparing the data for analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing
