Copilot Business Analyst – Generative AI Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Microsoft Copilot Business Analyst with specialization in Generative AI to bridge the gap between client stakeholders, business needs, and innovative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will focus on driving the design and implementation of AI-powered tools and workflows through effective client collaboration, wireframing, prototyping, and stakeholder engagement. This role will lead workshops, create compelling mockups, and deliver transformative solutions tailored to client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as a trusted advisor, effectively communicating technical capabilities of Generative AI to non- technical audiences.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives.
2. Workshops and Training:
• Plan and lead interactive workshops to explore AI opportunities and design solutions.
• Educate stakeholders on Generative AI capabilities, potential use cases, and implementation strategies.
3. Wireframes and Prototyping:
• Develop high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq.
• Visualize AI-driven workflows and interfaces for client feedback and development team use.
• Iterate designs based on feedback to create user-centered solutions.
4. Solution Design and Prototyping:
• Translate business requirements into detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Design and model workflows incorporating Generative AI features for enhanced user experiences.
• Iterate on design feedback to refine and optimize solutions.
5. Technical Liaison:
• Work closely with technical architecture teams to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable AI solutions.
• Support the development team with detailed documentation, visual aids, and testing scenarios.
• Serve as a bridge between the technical and business aspects of the project.
6. Market and Industry Research:
• Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in Generative AI technologies.
• Identify innovative opportunities to leverage AI for business transformation.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in Generative AI, including advancements in tools like GPT and DALL·E.
• Continuously explore ways to leverage AI to drive business transformation and innovation.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
• Create comprehensive documentation of requirements, designs, and workshop outcomes.
• Present findings and progress to clients and internal teams in a clear, actionable format.
Interview - Deliverables and Expectations:
• Showcase current or past work, such as:
• Wireframes or mockups for Generative AI-powered interfaces or workflows.
• Process documentation highlighting AI-enabled solutions.
• Workshop materials and post-session summaries.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in business analysis, with a focus on AI-powered solutions or digital transformation projects.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in wireframing and mockup tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq).
• Familiarity with Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL·E) and their practical applications.
• Understanding of AI workflows, APIs, and integrations.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitation: Experience leading workshops and managing collaborative design sessions.
• Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or relevant AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools and platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face).
• Knowledge of user-centered design (UCD) principles and methodologies.
