At Enterprise Digital and AI Enablement, we're building the bank of the future.  As Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting key digital initiatives and shaping up ideal state digital and AI capabilities in partnership with business units from across the bank.  You’ll support assessing the market for best-in-class digital and AI opportunities that drive business value, improve operational effectiveness, increase revenue growth, and enhance both the client and employee experience. 

This is a highly collaborative mandate with exposure across the bank and will require thought leadership, decision-making and relationship management. In this role, you will work with closely with your immediate team, various business stakeholders and technology partners to lead discovery, vendor assessments, POC testing, strategic planning, and business casing for complex, strategic digital transformation activities.

The focus of this role will be flexible to meet the needs of our evolving digital strategy as the industry changes and our needs evolve.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Support key strategic digital and AI programs: Support strategic AI initiatives including assessing current state, market research of potential top solutions, solution/vendor assessment, POC and testing, develop future state journey and cost-benefit analysis. With a goal of securing business funding to shift the program into delivery.
  • Influence our future: Build expertise in foundational digital and AI capabilities, factor these into the roadmap, and generate alignment across the enterprise to advance exploration.
  • Assess and enable cutting edge AI solutions: Assist in assessing market-leading digital AI solutions for increased revenue growth and enhanced client experiences.  Lead vendor demos and competitive solution assessments.
  • Collaboration with a one-team approach: Work closely as a team with our immediate team, business stakeholders and technology partners.  Identify business needs, pain points and ideas. Showcase the potential solution(s) to our business partners to show value and create buy-in for the future state vision.  
  • Deliver with speed: You understand and support agile, innovation and change, making sure we’re delivering on time and are future-proofed. You can manage multiple priorities at the same time, are flexible and can iterate effectively.
