As a Business Analyst, you will partner with the Customer Success team to highlight Syte’s value through data, driving customer success and influencing business growth. By leveraging in-house and external data, your insights will fuel smarter decisions, optimize customer value, and strengthen Syte’s product-customer flywheel. Collaborating across business units and customer teams, you will bridge the gap between analysis and communication. Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily analysis to optimize customer value and ROI.
  • Create EBRs (Executive Business Reviews) with actionable, data-driven insights.
  • Perform ad hoc in-depth analysis for enterprise accounts.
  • Join customer-facing meetings to drive strategic decision-making and foster engagement.
  • Oversee and manage Proof of Values (POVs) both internally and with clients, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement a product feedback loop and translate data insights into actionable improvements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Support Customer Success data needs, including churn analysis, behavior trends, segmentation, and ROI measurement.
  • See beyond numbers to inform and execute strategic business decisions.
  • Manage and execute POVs, working closely with cross-functional teams and clients to demonstrate Syte’s value proposition.
  • Build, maintain, and monitor dashboards, reports, and metrics using Tableau or similar visualization tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting.
  • Analyze data to derive actionable optimizations aimed at improving key KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to design and evaluate A/B tests.
  • Lead data-driven discussions with internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For: This role is ideal for someone who thrives on using data to drive smarter decisions, align internal and external strategies, and contribute to Syte’s success through collaboration, innovation, and impactful storytelling.

  • 2–4 years of experience in quantitative analysis (e.g., BI, product analytics, finance, or customer success analytics), preferably in SaaS B2B or eCommerce.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively translate data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer-facing experience (internal or external).
  • Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

  • A BSc/BA in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or engineering.
  • Experience with big data tools (e.g., Athena, BigQuery, Snowflake).
  • Familiarity with SaaS B2B or eCommerce industries.
