Role Overview
Beyond is seeking a dynamic and results-driven AI Project Manager to spearhead a team of talented engineers focused on cutting-edge Data & AI solutions. This role is pivotal in guiding the development and deployment of advanced data architectures and AI/ML/GenAI technologies for a key account, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
As a AI Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers and Data Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Collaborate closely with the client to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and deployment.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Mitigate project risks and address challenges proactively.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team efficiency.
As a AI Project Manager, we'd look for you to be able to bring:
- Extensive experience in managing Data and AI/ML projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, for effective stakeholder management.
- Solid understanding of Data/AI/ML architectures and technologies.
- High proficiency in English (both written and oral).
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
