Your mission:
We work according to Agile methodologies and constantly strive to improve and adapt processes in our company.
The ML-team is engaged in the development and implementation of solutions based on machine learning.
Project Manager will be responsible for process management and project coordination.
The main goal is to relieve engineers of non-technical tasks and ensure high efficiency of the team's work.

What will you do:

• Managing technical projects
• Interacting with representatives of different teams to gather and clarify project requirements
• Planning the development schedule, distributing tasks among team members (in collaboration with the team lead), and coordinating the work of the teams.
• Forming and prioritizing the backlog in collaboration with the teams.
• Monitoring all stages and deadlines of project implementation.
• Collecting and analyzing project data to assess progress and identify potential risks.
• Participating in regular meetings to discuss project status and address arising issues.
• Establishing and optimizing internal team processes to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the team's work.

What you bring:

• Experience in IT project management—preferably in ML or Data Science.
• Ability to quickly dive into the technical context of a project
• Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
• High level of communication skills, ability to negotiate and achieve results by involving resources from other teams
• Proficiency in English sufficient for verbal and written communication

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

• Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
• Knowledge of TradingView 😁

This is a hybrid role based in our Tbilisi office.
