Role

As a Customer Success Manager your role is to enable, help, and provide oversight for the customer or partner team that is developing on the platform, making sure they are able to deliver against strategic priorities as set by executives.

Your day-today activities will include:

  • Reviewing progress of the customer / partner team against the plan / roadmap
  • Identifying friction points, blockers, and helping the customer / partner team 
  • Working with the product team for identified platform issues to drive resolution

This is what you'll need to succeed in this role:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager on IT projects 
  • Experience in financial services 
  • Technical background
  • Strong analytical skills and mindset
  • Excellent English verbal and written and communication/presentation skills
