Presight is seeking an experienced Project Manager on a 12 months Full Time Contract basis to join Presight to support our new initiative in fintech particularly on the banking side. This role will coordinate and oversee projects that integrate financial sector expertise with AI innovations to propel our expansion strategy.

The role has a chance to transit into full time employment depending on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management team to ensure timely achievement of operational goals including product development, maintenance and upgrade.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project roadmaps, establish milestones, and ensure timely execution.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring alignment with Presight’s overall growth objectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments. 

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in the financial sector (payment process, digital currency, blockchain and international central securities depositories) and AI-driven projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail and strategic foresight.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of collaborating across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
