What you'll do

Join SAP’s Business Transformation & Architecture (BT&A) team as a working student (f/m/d) supporting the Business AI Strategy unit in the MEE region. Under the guidance of the Head of Business AI Strategy, you will help define and operationalize end-to-end AI strategies that create real business value for our customers.

Your tasks will include:

• Supporting customer projects by helping define strategic approaches to AI adoption and usage
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop scalable AI concepts and roadmaps
• Contributing to go-to-market initiatives for Business AI offerings
• Assisting in the creation of onboarding materials to enable fast and effective AI adoption for internal and external stakeholders
• Helping harmonize and scale AI tools and solutions across teams and customer projects

What you bring

• You are a student (f/m/d) who is enrollment in an advanced degree program in Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• Strong passion for AI and digital transformation, paired with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Initial hands-on experience in AI, consulting, strategy, or project-based work is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
• Strong interpersonal skills and a motivated, proactive approach to teamwork
• Structured, independent working style with a high level of attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word

The Business Transformation & Architecture organization is SAP’s internal strategy consulting unit. We advise leading companies on their digital transformation journeys – from ideation and architecture to execution. Within this group, the Business AI Strategy team focuses specifically on helping customers navigate one of the most strategic, dynamic, and high-impact technology shifts of our time: artificial intelligence.

You will be part of a motivated and diverse team working at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and customer success. If you want to help shape the future of AI in business and take ownership from day one – this is the place to be.
