As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market strategy for our products. You will act as the voice of the customer, translating technical capabilities into compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience. Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Engineering, to ensure successful market introduction and adoption.
Positioning and Messaging:
Craft clear, differentiated, and compelling product messaging that resonates with key buyer personas (e.g., CISOs, IT admins, developers).
Communicate the unique value proposition of our products across multiple channels.
Content Development:
Create and manage marketing collateral such as case studies, white papers, datasheets, blog posts, and videos.
Work with design and content teams to ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
Provide actionable insights to inform product development and positioning strategies.
Sales Enablement:
Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and tools to enable the sales team to articulate the value of our solutions effectively.
Act as a key resource for answering product-related questions and supporting customer-facing engagements.
Campaign Management:
Collaborate with demand generation teams to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and inform future initiatives.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus).
Experience:
5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B tech or cybersecurity space.
Proven track record of successful product launches and campaigns in competitive markets.
Skills:
Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, challenges, and buyer personas.
Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, or similar).
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience working in a startup or high-growth company.
Familiarity with industry standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, or compliance frameworks like GDPR and CCPA.
