The Asana Marketing team is responsible for fueling business growth and building a brand customers love. We create campaigns and content to attract new accounts and inspire current ones to grow with us. We continue to grow, with a global team focused on revenue and field marketing, product marketing, brand and content creation, advertising, and lifecycle marketing.

Asana recently entered a new era as a multi-product company in Collaborative Work Management with the launch of AI Studio—a no-code builder for embedding AI agents into workflows to automate busy work. We are looking for an experienced product marketer to join our collaborative team to help bring our multi-product vision to market with targeted enablement, campaigns, sales plays, pricing narratives, and more.

This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. What you’ll achieve:

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for AI Studio, tailoring messaging and positioning to ensure product market fit.
  • Drive sales enablement initiatives for global regions, creating sales plays, training materials, and programs that empower our go-to-market teams to build pipeline.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and changing customer needs to help accelerate our growth across diverse industries and buyers.
  • Track and measure performance metrics against revenue targets to continuously improve our go-to-market efforts, while uncovering new growth opportunities .
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to shape our multi-product business strategy and long-term vision.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS industry, with a strong track record for building out scalable sales enablement programs.
  • Advanced experience working with GenAI and LLM technologies and how to bring AI products to market to serve customer needs.
  • Proven ability to translate business objectives and customer insights into revenue-driving initiatives that support our sales teams.
  • Deep product messaging and sales enablement experience, with the ability to craft compelling narratives across multiple content types.
  • Excel at cross-functional collaboration, particularly in aligning sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams across multiple regions.
  • Have strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance and derive insights from competitive market data.
  • Exceptional written, visual, verbal communication, and presentation skills that can influence cross-functional teams with a clear vision.
  • Passion for learning new products/industries and cutting through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $176,000 - $232,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
