As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be taking ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing a range of field marketing activities. You’ll work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where adaptability and a thirst for learning are key to success. You’ll focus on events, including local, regional, and sales-funded activities, as well as webinars designed to generate high-quality leads.
You’ll be responsible for creating compelling communications, collaborating with sales teams, and ensuring that all events are executed flawlessly. Success in this role will be measured by the performance and ROI of your events, as well as the quality of the leads generated.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution: Oversee the entire lifecycle of events, from conceptualization and planning to execution and follow-up. These include in-person events, local/regional activities, and webinars. Event setup and tear-down activities (for physical events), such as assembling event banners, moving boxes up to 30 lbs, etc. Please note some travel is also required for this role and will be limited to North America.
Lead Generation: Work closely with the Director of SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) to ensure strong lead generation and timely follow-up from event attendees.
Communication Management: Develop clear and impactful communications related to your events, ensuring alignment with the broader marketing strategy.
Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to understand event goals and ensure alignment with pipeline objectives. Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams, including content, product marketing, and sales.
Tracking & Reporting: Measure and analyze the success of your events through detailed tracking, reporting, and ROI analysis. Regularly update leadership and stakeholders on key event metrics and outcomes.
Partner Marketing Support: For a temporary period, support partner marketing efforts by helping to coordinate partner-related field events, further expanding your event planning expertise.
Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve field marketing strategies, adapting to new technologies and tactics in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a field marketing role, ideally within a SaaS company.
Proven ability to plan and execute successful events, both in-person and digital (webinars).
Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to analyze event success and draw actionable insights for improvement.
A proactive, learn-it-all mentality with a passion for continuous growth and improvement.
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is highly preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Our compensation structure is designed to be fair, competitive, and transparent, ensuring that every team member is recognized and compensated equitably across roles, levels, and locations.
In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:
Base salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
Additional compensation: This role may also be eligible for an equity package (in the form of stock options). If any other compensation benefits apply, they will be discussed during the interview process.
