An exciting opportunity awaits the right candidate to be part of a fast-growing company. We are looking for a skilled Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing efforts and the New Product Introduction (NPI) process. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of defining market and sales strategies, positioning the product suite, and ensuring a seamless transition and successful introduction of these technologies to the market.
What you will do
- Own the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies to execute the launch of new products through to end-of-life planning, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, development and engineering teams to understand product capabilities, positioning, enhancements, user experience for clients and operations, and integration details with existing systems ensuring product-market fit.
- Develop a deep understanding of the target market and customer segmentations, ensuring that the voice of the customer is represented before, during and after launch.
- Work hand in hand with the Marketing team to create compelling messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the features, benefits, and value of the new products to target markets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on the development of product demo videos, website pages, product brochures, and more.
- Work closely with Sales, Global Deployment and Customer Success teams to prepare and coordinate product launches to market and to operations, including training materials, product documentation, operational readiness and sales enablement tools.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to position our new offerings effectively against competitors.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and adjust go-to-market strategies based on customer feedback and market dynamics.
What you will need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Product Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in digital, SaaS and/or building systems (e.g. HVAC) - related industries.
- Proven track record of managing successful product launches from conception through to market acceptance.
- Superb customer and market facing skills with the ability to interface with various stakeholders and personas across the go to market structure.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, mobile application marketing, and IoT solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional teams and influence senior management.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to see the big picture while managing detailed tactical execution.
- Experience in Agile development environments and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
