As a Product Manager in the Learning Product team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You  will partner with Line of Business (LOB) Artificial  Intelligence (AI) Leaders to drive and enable learning solutions for AI and increase AI usage. You will partner with LOB AI leaders, technology site leaders, cross-functional partners, and other stakeholders to increase usage of learning solutions for AI, AI literacy, and impact from increased AI usage.
  Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Partners with LOB AI leaders, technology site leaders, cross-functional partners, and other stakeholders to increase adoption of learning solutions for AI, AI literacy, and impact from increased AI usage.
  • Utilizes visual design skills to develop PowerPoints for instructor-led sessions on AI
  • Develops and present strategy decks for audiences on AI learning solutions.
  • Maintains and update product roadmaps, while decomposing roadmap into Jira stories
  • Builds and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across the firm.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Understanding of Generative AI and  actively utilize Generative AI tools, with a curiosity and ability to learn new tools, platforms, and processes
  • Strong consulting, negotiation and influence skills, with proven accomplishment in building relationships with internal stakeholders and leaders
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret internal data and performance metrics.
  • Able to synthesize information clearly and concisely, tailoring communications and resources to effectively meet the needs of customers and stakeholders   
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives and work collaboratively across diverse teams within a large organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, STEM, Learning, Data, AI or a related field
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience developing and driving learning solutions for AI within a large company
  • Strong organizational, project and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a fast moving, deadline-driven and agile development environment; demonstrated timely task completion and quality of deliverable
