Job Description

As a Principal Product Manager specializing in AI Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in driving investments in our AI capabilities. In this role, your focus will be on developing and integrating AI solutions that align with our strategic goals and deliver significant value to our customers. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure our AI solutions meet their needs and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI-driven solutions, working closely with R&D, AI evangelists, and Pre-Sales teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and strategic objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for AI innovation projects, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure our AI solutions deliver significant value.
  • Drive the qualification and prioritization of AI use cases, ensuring they meet strict criteria for scalability, monetization, and customer value.
  • Oversee the creation of customer documentation and user guides to facilitate the adoption and effective use of AI solutions. Making sure AI is not a black box to our customers. 
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote AI capabilities and drive customer engagement and consumption.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of AI solutions, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous innovation.
  • Ensure that AI solutions are developed with a focus on reusability and integration into our core products.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management in AI solutions and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
  • Experience working directly with customers to gather feedback and ensure product success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • You can work remotely from home, or from one of our nearby offices. The job is intended to be fulfilled from the UK, the Netherlands, or Sweden. 
  • Global Travel is required
