As the very first product hire at Didero, youâll play a pivotal role in shaping our culture and have full responsibility for our product and product strategy as we scale. Youâll work closely with our founders, technical team and customers to translate customer needs into a clear roadmap and world-class features. This is an in-person role based in New York.
Own the product roadmap and prioritization, balancing customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
Collaborate closely with founders, designers, customer and engineering team to shape intuitive, delightful user experiences
Drive end-to-end product development: from customer research to specs to shipped features
Define and measure success metrics, using data and qualitative insights to guide decision-making
Partner with engineering to manage sprint planning, QA, and delivery
Develop a deep understanding of our usersâsupply chain and procurement professionalsâand the problems they face
Help shape company-level strategy and culture as a key early team member
Are an entrepreneurial, hands-on product manager with 4+ years of experience shipping B2B SaaS products
Want to work hard at an early-stage startup, with high responsibility and high impact
Have excellent product judgment and can ruthlessly prioritize
Are highly collaborative and love working side-by-side with design and engineering
Can turn vague problem statements into structured product specs
Thrive in ambiguity and bias toward execution
Have strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with cross-functional teams and external users
Experience at an early-stage startup or in a zero-to-one product role
Familiarity with procurement, manufacturing, or supply chain workflows
Experience working on AI/LLM-based tools
Experience partnering with customers to build custom workflows
Technical background or prior experience in engineering
