The GrabMerchant AI Assistant team is dedicated to supporting our merchant partners, helping them grow their businesses by teaching best practices and offering comprehensive merchant support. This team plays a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of our merchants through AI-driven solutions.Get to Know the Role
As a Lead Product Manager for the GrabMerchant AI Assistant, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to innovate and develop products that address challenges related to merchant growth and support.
You will report to the Senior Product Management Leader and be based onsite at Grab's OneNorth Office in Singapore.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will contribute to the product strategy for the GrabMerchant AI Assistant, collaborating closely with Engineers, Data Scientists, and Analysts.
- You will see through ideas from the problem statement, to implementation, and finally to rollout.
- You will define goals and success metrics to guide and measure the impact of your work.
- You will execute a clear roadmap addressing identified merchant needs.
- You will engage in user discovery to generate new product ideas that enable merchant growth and support.
- You will collaborate across product teams and business stakeholders to drive go-to-market execution and oversee product launches.
- You will present experiment results, OKRs, and learnings to senior Grab leadership.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Product Management: Minimum 5 years of experience in product management at a tech company, ideally with platform or user-facing products.
- Customer-Centricity: Demonstrated ability to maintain a customer-first mindset through all stages of product development.
- Data Acumen: Proficient in data-driven decision-making and insights to inform product development.
- Software Development Practices: Strong understanding of modern development practices and tools.
- Cross-functional Communication: Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring the team's work is well-understood and well-supported.
- AI and LLM Development: Experience in developing AI and large language model (LLM) products.
