The Role:
 

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager with AI/ML experience to lead a product end to end. We're looking for someone with a proven record leading new products to the market, from ideation to business case to validation and then to launch.

This is a fast-paced role with visibility to senior business leaders for an experienced product leader seeking a unique opportunity to take Imperva AI Security solution to market and position Imperva as a leader in this space.

Your impact
 

As the CEO of your domain, you'll tackle challenges that directly impact thousands of organizations worldwide. You'll be responsible for:

· Lead the creation of new product offerings that provide clear and compelling value to Enterprises deploying and operating AI applications.

· Transforming complex data into intuitive, actionable insights into the business

· Engage with customers to drive early product adoption of cloud-based, SaaS offerings and bring actionable insights to the business.

· Establish clear and measurable metrics and KPIs for transparent tracking of what success means now and into the future.

· Work collaboratively with Engineering and Architecture counterparts to deliver product offerings and roadmaps with velocity.

· Collaborate with sales, marketing and other functional teams to drive GTM activities including strategy, pricing, content creation, sales enablement, customer outreach, and continuously measuring against KPIs for success.

Responsibilities:
 

· Own the product vision and strategy and clearly articulate it to internal/external stakeholders

· Conduct deep-dive analysis of customer challenges and translate findings into product requirements

· Drive the development of innovative analytics capabilities that differentiate our platform

· Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their evolving needs and validate solutions

· Manage the product lifecycle from concept ideation to product sunset

· Perform data-driven business analysis with subject matter experts and customers

· Define and track key product metrics to measure success and guide decision-making

· Know why we are winning and losing in the market, and drive changes to our product and processes to create improvement

· Partner with Product Marketing to articulate our value proposition and competitive advantages

Requirements:
 

· 4+ years of product management experience with enterprise security, network or analytics products

· Track record of successfully launching new offerings to the market

· Strong technical background with understanding of web technologies and security concepts

· Experience in working with modern Agile methodology (e.g. SAFE)

· Experience with modern cloud architectures and their performance implications

· Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

· Excellence in strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving

· Deep knowledge of the AI landscape, specifically for infrastructure software and network capabilities, including the emerging use of LLMs – advantage

· Deep understanding of Enterprise requirements for deploying and operating AI, ML, and/or NLP applications – advantage

· Knowledge of application security concepts (OWASP Top 10, attack patterns) - advantage
