A cutting-edge AI company is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive product marketing and execution across one of its core product portfolios.

This role is perfect for a strategic and creative marketing professional with a background in product-focused roles within tech scale-ups or tech brands.

Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, you will take ownership of product marketing campaigns, content strategy, and major industry events. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-impact, authentic marketing that aligns with the company’s mission and values. This role requires a big-picture thinker who can shape and execute world-class marketing initiatives while being hands-on when needed.

What you'll do...

• Lead the development and execution of product marketing campaigns, working with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee major industry events, ensuring an impactful brand presence.
• Develop compelling customer demonstrations, slide decks, and content that simplify complex technologies.
• Provide creative direction and strategic oversight across marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with engineering, AI, design, and communications teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Identify and manage external vendor relationships to support marketing execution.
• Implement and refine processes to enhance marketing quality and efficiency.

Who you are...

• Proven product marketing expertise, particularly in launching and branding new products.
• Ability to translate complex technologies into clear, compelling messaging.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking, with a high standard for marketing execution.
• Exceptional project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
• Leadership presence and gravitas. Confident in taking direction and presenting ideas at an executive level.
• Strong creative judgement in content production/design and ability to craft engaging visual narratives.
• Highly collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset, someone who looks beyond their core job requirements to make an impact.
