What will you do every day?

As a Senior Associate at Haptik, you will strategize, plan, and execute impactful online and offline events that strengthen brand presence and drive lead generation. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with internal teams and external partners, managing event budgets, curating compelling content for speaker sessions and brand activations, and promoting events across digital and social channels. You will also track event performance through key metrics and continuously bring fresh, creative ideas to elevate event effectiveness.

A strategic and creative event marketer with a passion for delivering high-impact events that fuel brand visibility, lead generation, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Event Strategy & Execution: Expertise in planning, managing, and executing high-impact events, both online and offline, aligning them with business objectives.

  • Marketing & Demand Generation: Strong ability to leverage events as a tool for lead generation, customer engagement, and enhancing brand visibility.

  • Budget Management: Proven skills in effectively managing event budgets while ensuring optimal ROI and cost control.

  • Content & Thought Leadership: Ability to craft compelling narratives for speaker sessions, panel discussions, and brand activations that resonate with target audiences.

  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Experience coordinating seamlessly with internal teams, speakers, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.

  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Proficiency in measuring and analyzing event performance through key metrics such as engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.

  • Creativity & Innovation: A flair for bringing fresh, innovative, and engaging ideas to enhance the overall impact and experience of events.

  • Digital & Social Media Promotions: Hands-on experience using digital and social media channels to amplify event reach, engagement, and post-event impact.

Requirements*

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  2. Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in event marketing, including strategy, planning, and execution of both virtual and physical events.

  3. Strong background in demand generation and marketing campaigns through event channels.

  4. Expertise in managing event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI.

  5. Excellent content development skills, with the ability to create impactful event narratives and thought leadership pieces.

  6. Proven experience in handling end-to-end stakeholder and vendor relationships.

  7. Proficiency in event analytics and performance measurement, with a focus on lead generation and conversion metrics.

  8. Creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas to life.

  9. Experience in utilizing digital marketing and social media platforms for event promotion and audience engagement.

  10. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
