Who you are:
Stay AI is looking for an Event Marketing Manager to drive strategic co-marketing initiatives that expand our footprint in the Shopify ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll develop and execute initiatives that deepen partner relationships, increase brand awareness, and generate pipeline growth through events (both in-person and virtual) and co-marketing campaigns with partners.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with top partners; industry thought leaders and internal teams to launch impactful co-marketing campaigns, content initiatives, and events. You’ll also work closely with marketing, partnerships, and sales to ensure alignment between partner efforts and Stay AI’s broader go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
What you’ll do:
Plan and execute high-impact events, including in-person (dinners, experiences, trade shows, conferences) and virtual (webinars, panel discussions) to build brand presence and generate demand
Manage event logistics, partnership collaboration, sponsorship opportunities, and promotional efforts, ensuring flawless execution
Moderate and present on behalf of Stay in webinars, panel discussions, and in-person events
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to maximize event reach and post-event engagement
Coordinate co-marketing campaigns with Shopify partners and thought leaders, including content, webinars, events, email campaigns, and videos
Aid in creating partner enablement materials, such as sales decks, one-pagers, and pitch guides
Coordinate with internal teams and partners on blog posts, case studies, e-books/whitepapers, and social swaps
Build and nurture relationships with key ecosystem partners and thought leaders to drive collaboration and marketing alignment
Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as partner-generated leads, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI
Stay ahead of Shopify ecosystem trends and identify new co-marketing opportunities
Measure and report on co-marketing campaign and event performance, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives
Deliver regular performance reports with actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders
What you’ll bring:
2+ years of experience in partnership, field, or event marketing (Shopify, DTC, or B2B SaaS experience is a huge plus.)
Experience executing co-marketing strategies with technology partners and agency partners
Proven experience in planning and managing events (both digital and in-person), including budget management, logistics, promotion, and post-event analysis
Comfortable speaking on panels, moderating discussions, hosting webinars, or presenting at events to represent the company and engage audiences
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with partners, influencers, and internal teams
Analytical mindset with experience tracking and managing marketing campaigns, as well as optimizing based on data insights
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to evolving priorities
Ability to travel at least 25% of the time for events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset
Nice to haves:
Experience with Shopify’s ecosystem, tools, and partner programs
Familiarity with marketing automation and partnership platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Partnerstack, Crossbeam, etc.)
