Inflection AI was re-founded in March of 2024 and our leadership team has assembled a team of kind, innovative, and collaborative individuals focused on building enterprise AI solutions. We are an organization passionate about what we are building, enjoy working together and strive to hire people with diverse backgrounds and experience.
Our first product, Pi, provides an empathetic and conversational chatbot. Pi is a public instance of building from our 350B+ frontier model with our sophisticated fine-tuning (10M+ examples), inference, and orchestration platform. We are now focusing on building new systems that directly support the needs of enterprise customers using this same approach.

Inflection AI is seeking talented and passionate interns for our Summer Internship Program. Join us for an 8-12 week immersive experience, with start dates on either June 2nd or 16th, and become part of our mission to shape the future of AI. As an intern, you will be paired with an experienced mentor who will guide and support you throughout your time with us. Together, you will collaborate on a challenging, high-impact project that allows you to apply your skills and gain hands-on experience. We offer both technical and nontechnical internship opportunities. Some nontechnical roles we may be looking to fill include business development, sales, design, and more.
At Inflection AI, we aim to attract the best interns and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contributions to the company. For this program, Inflection AI estimates hourly compensation will fall in the range of approximately $50 - $65 for technical roles and $25 - $40 for nontechnical roles, depending on education level and experience.
Inflection AI values and supports our team’s mental and physical health. We are focused on building a positive, safe, inclusive and inspiring place to work. Our benefits include:
Apply: Please apply on LinkedIn or our website for a specific role.
Interview: The interview process may include a behavioral, coding, domain, and/or in-person interview. The specific process will depend on an applicant’s past experience, including prior internships and relevant school experience, as well as whether they are applying for a technical or nontechnical role. We strive to get back to our applicants within one week of the interview.
