Your Impact
As a Data Science Intern, you will:
- Work on cutting-edge AI/ML models, helping to enhance predictive analytics and automation within the multifamily industry.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines, feature engineering techniques, and machine learning workflows.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Apply statistical methods, forecasting models, and deep learning techniques to solve business challenges.
- Support data acquisition, cleaning, and preparation for structured and unstructured datasets.
- Explore large-scale datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and new opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
What You Bring
Essential Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
- Familiarity with SQL and database querying for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, or optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive meaningful business insights.
- A curious, problem-solving mindset with a passion for data-driven innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.
- Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, or similar frameworks).
- Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn).
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
