We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, and results-driven Strategic director of sales to join our passionate team.
You will be part of Tymely's sales efforts and play a crucial role in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Take part in the development and execution of the company’s sales strategy.
- Prospecting and closing deals. Identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving growth in key markets.
- Work closely with SDRs to optimize lead generation, qualification, and handoff processes, ensuring a structured and efficient sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align efforts, ensuring seamless lead generation and conversion to support sales targets.
- Regularly report sales performance and progress to company leadership.
- Apply data-driven approaches to sales tactics, including A/B testing and iterative improvements.
- Continuously analyze performance metrics to refine the sales strategy and adapt to market conditions.

Requirements
As part of a team of A-players, you must have a proven track record of excellence, showcasing significant achievements such as outstanding top academic performance at leading universities , high psychometric scores, participation in gifted student programs, or any other demonstration of exceptional accomplishment. You also need to have:
- At least 4 years of experience in a B2B sales role, selling to enterprises customers in the US.
- A solid foundation in the theory or academic principles of B2B sales, negotiation, and sales processes.
- Rapid learning ability and adaptability to new challenges.
- Agile mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Willingness to be hands-on and take initiative.
- Willingness to work US hours.
