About the Role

Vectra is looking for someone with a depth of Operations‚ Order Management and Sales Operations experience based in India. In this role, you will wear multiple hats, which is what makes this opportunity so unique and exciting. You will be an integral member of our Business Operations team and will need to be detail oriented, process-minded and able to think quickly on your feet in order to support the needs of our fast growing sales team. You will work with Leadership in Business Operations, Sales and Finance to review processes and opportunities for improvement.

At A Glance

You will report into the Manager for Sales Operations, India. This team is responsible for providing operational support to the Sales team primarily processing orders for Sales. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide Order Processing support by booking orders accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner
  • Be the subject matter expert for all Order Management business processes and understand how it relates to other teams, i.e. Sales, Finance, Logistics.
  • Create orders from start to finish from a Purchase Order, including creation of all quotes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, customers, partners, and cross functional teams such as sales, finance & accounting, business operations and logistics.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve issues or questions relating to sales orders.
  • Develop best practice expertise and become primary point of contact for opportunities submitted by partner contacts
  • Perform data management and analysis for ChargePoint Sales business process in systems and sales tools including process incoming data requests, data inspection and correction of data quality issues.
  • Work with internal partners and our systems teams to provide feedback for process improvements and to optimize the opportunity close workflow.
  • Ensure operational adherence to program policies and guidelines, resolve any issues or special circumstances, and manage and document exceptions
  • Develop quality reports and dashboards in SFDC based on requirements and requests.
  •  Perform additional Sales Operations duties and departmental coverage as assigned.

What Will Impress Us 

  • 2+ years' experience in Order Management / Revenue Operations or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong experience using Salesforce as primary CRM
  • Salesforce Admin and process automation experience strongly preferred, not required
  • Experience supporting sales team, helping them with quoting: discounting, deal structure, payment terms, deferred subscription data
  • Experience in supporting sales reps with SFDC management  (Accounts/Opportunities/Contacts) and other sales tools
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. 
  • Enterprise software/SaaS or high-tech proven experience is ideal
  • Salesforce CPQ and Billing experience is a plus
  • Very detailed oriented and process driven. You love checklists and follow through on each and every step.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, being able to track down information or ask the right people when not all information is present
  • Effectively multi-tasking and switching gears in high volume and fast paced environment
  • Ability to respond and react to internal and external customers in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to be working independently and efficiently in a fast paced, complex high-tech environment.
  • Ability to work across time zones in India, Europe, and USA (California)
