What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Financial/ SaaS/ B2B industry is an advantage - with at least a basic understanding of the jargon of the financial industry. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.

What will you do?

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify strategic keywords for content optimization.
• Implement on-page, technical, off-page SEO strategies to enhance website performance, including meta tags, headers, and content optimization.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithms and industry best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics, providing regular reports on key metrics.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and enhance backlink profile.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in SEO.
