Stability AI is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and data-driven individual to join our Marketing & Communications team as our first Growth Marketing Manager.
In this role, you’ll set the strategy and collaborate with marketing, creative, sales, product, and research teams to align efforts across demand gen campaigns, targeted account-based programs (ABM), and other growth initiatives. You’ll develop the blueprint of what growth marketing looks like and execute on the strategies you create to accelerate customer pipeline and acquisition, with a strong focus on B2B enterprise. It’s an exciting opportunity to build something from the ground up in generative AI, and play a key role in transforming professional visual media creation.
This role will require an understanding of the generative AI ecosystem and the visual media production pipeline, as well as a hands-on, experimental approach to testing and scaling growth initiatives.
This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the growth strategy for driving pipeline and revenue growth.
- Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SEO, paid ads, webinars) to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
- Build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high-value enterprise accounts.
- Develop and manage sales enablement resources, ensuring sales teams are equipped with tools, content, and insights to maximize conversion rates.
- Establish KPIs for campaigns and ABM programs, ensuring accurate measurement of pipeline contribution, ROI, and overall effectiveness.
- Leverage and manage marketing technology tools, including automation, analytics, and campaign management platforms.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and the latest generative AI tools and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in growth marketing, demand generation, ABM or related roles, with 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience.
- Deep understanding of the visual media generative AI ecosystem and active experimentation with generative AI tools.
- Expertise in building high-performing multi-channel campaigns and optimizing customer acquisition funnels.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with experience using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and ad platforms.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads, optimizing for ROI.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a scrappy, hands-on approach to driving results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong collaboration and project management capabilities.
- Ability to maintain high-quality outputs amidst fast turnaround times and navigate ambiguity effectively.
