What You Will Do:
The candidate will support strategic initiatives and operational activities for Guidehouse clients. This position will be responsible for advising senior-level clients, implementing strategic initiatives, executing long-term programmatic planning efforts, responding to emerging priorities, and operating within matrixed teams at client offices.
This position will:
Oversee and facilitate development and use of data and artificial intelligence (AI) throughout the enterprise by working with stakeholders of Guidehouse clients.
Engage with client leadership in developing new data and AI strategies and related frameworks for governance and management of data and AI.
Facilitate stakeholder consultations, as necessary, to build engagement on and buy-in for data and AI development and use.
Support identification and development of transformational use-cases associated with client goals and priorities leading to applications of data and AI.
Support coordination, management, and development of IT systems used for retaining data in multiple operating environments including cloud, hybrid, and on-premise data centers.
Support collection of data from across the enterprise and organize data cataloging.
Support the use of new industry-informed analytical approaches, including machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning, statistical analyses, and other AI models, and the use of cutting-edge data visualization tool and approaches.
Support categorizing/classifying data as they pertain to a Zero Trust requirement to categorize electronic sensitive data (e.g., SSI or SPII, etc.).
Oversee and support implementation of overall data quality management with a metadata quality improvement strategy using relevant data policies, rules, standards, and formats.
Use cutting-edge platforms, tools, and associated analytical models to support strategic initiatives, project management, and knowledge management within client’s IT organization.
Be an excellent written and oral communicator and be comfortable in interacting with clients and serving as a confidant of senior consulting and client leadership.
Provide support client teams on training and skill development for data and AI.
What You Will Need:
Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS Public Trust
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of TWO (2) years of management and/or technology consulting experience.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Minimum of TEN (10) years of management and/or technology consulting experience with SEVEN (7) years of project and/or program management experience.
Existing DHS or TSA Suitability.
Experience supporting federal government customers and/or prior experience within the federal government.
Relevant certifications including but not limited to: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Agile Scrum-master certification, SAFe certification, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification, IT Service Management (ITSM) certification, or IT Asset Management (ITAM) certification.
Demonstrated experience in writing, presentation, go-to-market support, and interfacing with prospective clientele as it relates to technology management, IT strategy, and/or analytics.
Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills targeting all levels of an organization and across business and technical functions leveraging visualization platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Power Apps, Tableau, PowerPoint).
