The Vice President of AI Strategy will be responsible for defining, leading, and executing the company’s AI strategy to support our mission of driving transformative outcomes for our customers. This individual will collaborate across product, engineering, sales, and marketing to integrate AI into the company’s core value proposition and long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and articulate a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
Identify emerging AI technologies and trends, and assess their potential impact on our business and customers.
Partner with the product and engineering teams to define the roadmap for AI-driven features, ensuring the development of scalable, innovative, and customer-centric solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to position AI as a key differentiator in the marketplace, including supporting go-to-market strategies and customer education initiatives.
Build and lead a cross-functional AI Center of Excellence to foster innovation and ensure alignment across all AI initiatives.
Drive partnerships and collaborations with AI research institutions, industry leaders, and technology providers to stay ahead of the curve.
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and ROI of AI initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and business impact.
Act as a thought leader and spokesperson for the company’s AI vision, participating in industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in a leadership role focused on AI strategy, product development, or innovation within a SaaS or technology-driven company.
Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
Strong business acumen with the ability to bridge technical concepts and business outcomes.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging with C-suite executives, customers, and partners.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree in AI, computer science, or business preferred.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
