As a Value Engineering Analyst, you will help enterprise prospects and customers quantify the business impact of Jasper by developing financial models, business cases, and data-driven insights that support high-value sales and long-term customer success. You’ll work cross-functionally with GTM teams to align AI-driven efficiencies with measurable business outcomes and create compelling ROI narratives.
This fully remote role reports to the Principle Strategist, Value Engineering, and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
Financial modeling: Build and refine ROI models to quantify the efficiency, revenue impact, and cost savings of AI-driven marketing automation.
Pre-sales value engineering support: Partner with sales teams to develop tailored business cases that drive executive buy-in for enterprise deals.
Post-sales value realization: Work with customer success to measure realized business impact and maintain customer value benchmarks.
Sales enablement & value selling: Create ROI playbooks and interactive spreadsheets to help sales teams communicate business value effectively.
Strategic insights: Continuously refine ROI methodologies based on AI advancements, market trends, and customer adoption data.
3-5 years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, FP&A, or marketing analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a strong analytical background is required.
Strong financial modeling skills: ability to build dynamic business case models in Excel or Google Sheets to quantify efficiency gains and revenue impact (IRR/TCO/payback period).
Experience in enterprise technology or AI-driven software is a major plus—particularly with subscription-based business models, marketing automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
Ability to translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes for executive stakeholders.
Strong storytelling and communication skills—able to turn complex data into clear, compelling business cases.
Comfortable working with incomplete data and making logical business assumptions to structure analyses.
Familiarity with BI tools is a plus but not required.

The expected OTE salary range for this role is $125,00 - $145,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
