Our first product, Wispr Flow, has become the first consumer voice dictation platform to break the keyboard barrier: making people use voice more than their keyboards. Wispr Flow is looking for an experienced product-focused engineer to take ownership of design, motion, and scalability, delivering interfaces that set a new standard for user experience. What you’ll do
Design for delight: Develop sleek and intuitive user interfaces for Wispr Flow’s evolving technologies & products
Own the product vision: Define and drive the product strategy across web and desktop, ensuring excellence in performance and usability
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with the founders and designers to push the boundaries of what’s possible
Build for scale: Architect fast, reliable, and scalable front-end systems that handle massive audiences effortlessly.
Who you are
Knowledgeable about design patterns & strong intuition for UI / UX flows
Take pride in getting the details right and operate from empathy
Passionate about prototyping and creating accessible experiences
Have a voracious and intrinsic desire to learn and fill in missing skills
Thrive in a customer-focused, tight-knit and cross-functional environment
2+ years of experience with React and TypeScript / JavaScript
Familiar with the quirks and qualities of CSS
Love to build (we don’t have requirements for any academic degree)
Experience in any of the following will make you stand out: Electron, Redux, Webpack, NextJS, Figma
