Job description

As a Tier 3 Support Engineer at WINT, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced technical support for our innovative water management solutions. You will serve as the final escalation point for complex issues, working closely with support teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your expertise will drive the optimization of water usage, prevention of damage, and sustainability across various environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert and final escalation point for advanced technical issues related to WINT's platform and IoT systems.
  • Provide expert analysis and troubleshooting for complex incidents, including system anomalies and performance challenges.
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support Engineers to ensure efficient and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Offer guidance and recommendations to clients on optimizing their use of WINT solutions to maximize efficiency and sustainability.
  • Partner with R&D, Business, CRM, and Engineering teams to identify, report, and validate product issues, feature requests, and enhancements.
  • Lead the effort to document technical solutions and create knowledge base materials for both internal teams and clients.
  • Provide mentorship and training to support team members, elevating the technical expertise across the organization.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of WINT products and the evolving landscape of IoT and water management.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role – Required.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Experience working in a cloud environment – Advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Node.js) – Advantageous.
  • Familiarity with IoT platforms and system troubleshooting – Advantageous.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
