As part of the project team, you will take a lead role in developing real-world systems for our customers that take 1000s of calls every single day. You will work closely with Project Managers, Software Engineers and Dialogue Designers to build out and maintain highly specialised software that delights our clients and their customers. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects to ensure the proposed plan abides by the timeline, team capacity, budget, and scope. This role involves technical expertise, project management, and team management skills.
Salary: 140,000 CAD - 180,000 CAD
Requirements
Project and Resource Management:
Strategically planning and overseeing the development stages of projects.
Allocate and manage the build resources effectively to meet project demands.
Acting as the main channel of communication which involves Product Solution Managers, Software Engineers, Dialogue Designers, and other stakeholders in the company.
Collaborating with other technical project managers on resource planning and team building.
Evaluating project performance metrics and facilitating improvements to meet the best industry standards.
Documenting processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Team Leadership:
Manage and inspire a team of engineers and bot building professionals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
