We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data & AI Digital Project Manager to oversee the execution of digital projects with a strong emphasis on Data & AI, including some projects involving Generative AI (GenAI). The Digital Manager will be an integral part of a dynamic squad, working alongside Scrum Masters, Designers, Solution Architects, and collaborating closely with various business units within the company. This role will require and develop a deep understanding of both business operations and technical aspects, particularly in the realm of Data & AI, to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.

What you will do:
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables.
- Data & AI Focus:
- Drive initiatives that leverage Data & AI technologies to enhance business processes, decision-making, and customer experiences. Oversee the development and implementation of AI models, data analytics, and machine learning solutions.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Understand technical topics and develop expertise in Data & AI, ensuring company's best practices are applied. Stay curious and abreast of emerging technologies and trends in Data & AI, and propose relevant advancements into project strategies.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with Scrum Masters, Designers, Solution Architects, and other team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Ensure clear communication and coordination across the squad.
- Business Integration:
- Collaborate with various business units to understand their challenges, needs and objectives, translating them into effective digital solutions. Ensure that projects align with business goals and deliver tangible value.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Proactively address challenges and roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
- Quality Assurance:
- Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet established standards and requirements aligned with the company's standards.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field;
- Proven experience in managing digital projects, with a strong focus on Data & AI;
- Previous experience in a Tech Lead or similar role is highly desirable;
- Technical Expertise as a plus: knowledge of Data & AI technologies, including machine learning, data analytics, and Generative AI. Familiarity with data management, data warehousing, and cloud platforms;
- Good project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies. Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar;
- Solid leadership and team management abilities. Ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively;
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to align digital solutions with business objectives;
- This role requires strong collaboration with various teams, including solution architects, development, operations, and business teams. Excellent communication skills are essential, as this role involves explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
