Key Responsibilities: 

System Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance and health of our system infrastructure, proactively identifying and addressing any issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability. 

Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal teams, assisting with hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution of system-related issues. 

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI developers, data scientists, and product managers, to support the development and deployment of AI solutions. 

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure consistency. 

Security Compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices to protect our systems and data against potential threats and vulnerabilities. 

Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, including troubleshooting skills in Windows OS (e.g., Task Manager) and basic Linux commands. 
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure. 
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation. 
  • Basic network knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols. 
  • Familiarity with Citrix systems and basic administration tasks. 
  • Experience with Elastic logs for monitoring and troubleshooting purposes. 

Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. 

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. 

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a rapidly evolving industry.
